Since its inception, EFCA churches have united around common convictions and a shared passion to fulfill the Great Commission.

What began as a collaborative effort to send missionaries where the gospel was not known has blossomed into a movement whose mission is to glorify God by multiplying transformational churches among all people.

To accomplish this mission, everything we do at the EFCA aligns with this one main goal: church multiplication. Whether through national and international ministries or the support of the national office, the EFCA is equipping leaders to strengthen and expand the ministry of local churches.

Planting churches

The EFCA represents a growing, diverse movement of churches that spans the nation. Currently serving over 135 church plants, we have planted more than 265 churches in the past decade.

Extending ministries

In the EFCA, the local church is where everything begins. The EFCA’s national and international ministries provide practical resources, opportunities, and training to further God’s work in and through the local church.
