Affinity Groups

EFCA affinity groups exist to provide EFCA leaders with community, networking and resourcing opportunities for their ministries. 

The All People Roundtable is a networking gathering for multi-ethnic and cultural ministries leaders in EFCA churches. 

The Campus Pastors affinity group is for pastors at multisite churches that oversee a satellite campus. 

The Children’s and Family Ministry Leaders affinity group is for pastors, leaders and directors that oversee children’s and/or family ministries. 

The Disability and Special Needs Ministry affinity group is for those who lead and serve those with disabilities or special needs in their church. 

The Executive Pastors affinity group is for executive pastors or “second-chair” leaders in EFCA churches. 

The Encore affinity group is for pastors and leaders ministering to older adults/seniors in EFCA churches. 

K Club is an invitation-only affinity group for pastors in EFCA churches with weekend attendance that exceeds 1,000 people. 

The Missions Pastors affinity group is for pastors that oversee local churche efforts for international missions and outreach. 

Momentum is an annual, invitation-only networking gathering for youth pastors, leaders and directors with more than 100 students in grades 5-12. 

Team 500 is an invitation-only affinity group for pastors in EFCA churches with weekend attendance between 500 and 1,000 people. 

The Worship Leaders affinity group is for pastors, leaders and directors that oversee weekend services and music ministry. 

The Word and Spirit affinity group is for pastors and leaders who desire to experience the power of the Holy Spirit in their churches and ministries. 

Renewal is an annual networking gathering for youth workers in EFCA churches.
