While some Jordanians have access to quality medical care, many in villages and the refugee community do not. This need provides the opportunity to develop relationships and have conversations about deep spiritual issues with people who are in desperate need of the gospel.
Our Middle East Medical Team needs nurses that are up to the twin challenges of a difficult environment and a resistant culture. Both women and men are essential for this ministry as the culture adds additional barriers when communicating cross-gender.
As the ability to communicate well in Arabic is essential for this ministry, you will first invest two years in language study. Then you’ll join a team of doctors and nurses that provide care through mobile clinics in both rural and urban settings. Our focus is on building relationships and sharing the gospel. There’s a place for you on the Middle East Medical Team.
