The Why Plant Wichita Residency Program is looking for qualified applicants.

Chris Rollman, of West Evangelical Free Church in Wichita, Kansas, is excited about their residency program for church planters that offers assessments, training, coaching, and financial support to qualified church planting candidates. The desired outcome of this progam is to produce autonomous, multiplying and healthy churches.

If you are interested in church planting, read more about the residency program. You will learn more about the core values needed to drive the new church plant, discipleship strategies and much more. This one year program will develop a prospective planter from the earliest stages all the way through to autonomy.

The first three residents of the program are Austin & Ashley Abney, Caleb & Anna Hastings and Don & Taylor McCaig. Meet the residents.
