We are looking for a person who is committed to ministry in the local church with a desire to reach, disciple and equip junior and senior high students to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ—a person of character who is grounded in the Word of God and is an example in their own walk with Christ.
The right candidate will have the ability to teach, work well with others, be open to input, and function as a true team player. Important to our philosophy of youth ministry is someone who is complementarian and sees youth ministry coming alongside of families, with the parents as the primary disciplers of their kids.
Along with our team of youth leaders, this person will continue to build an environment where students can be themselves and at the same time be challenged to grow in Christ as part of the church, even through these difficult years. The youth director will have the opportunity to grow in this role and also to be intentionally developed as part of a connected staff.
