Worship Leader/Social Media Director

Facilitate worship and manage the entire online presence via our website, Facebook page and other internet tools.

Clovis Evangelical Free Church (CEFC) is prayerfully seeking a full-time worship leader/social media director to facilitate engaging, Christ-centered and gospel-directed worship in our Sunday morning service, and manage CEFC’s online presence via our website, Facebook page and other internet tools determined by need.

Salary: $43K-47K annually based upon experience + benefits.

CEFC is a multi-generational church ranging from families with young children to seniors.


  • Actively engaged in regular personal Bible study and prayer
  • Lifestyle characteristic of elders/deacons described in 1 Tim 3:1-13 and Titus 1:5-9
  • Evidence of regular investment in personal/professional growth
  • Enthusiastic about and in agreement with CEFC’s vision, mission, doctrinal essentials and pursuits
  • Servant’s heart reflected in leadership style and relationships
  • Experience in leadership/significant internship at local church
  • Proficiency in singing, playing guitar and/or piano
  • Proficiency in leading teams with a spirit of collaboration
  • Able to communicate well with a diverse group of people
  • Able to provide video links demonstrating worship leading skills
  • Able to provide links demonstrating social media skills
  • College graduate preferred, but not required


  • Lead worship on Sunday mornings reflective of blended, Colossians 3:17 style of worship (Christ-centered contemporary songs and hymns grounded in the Scriptures)
  • Work directly with senior pastor in shaping Sunday morning worship service
  • Facilitate leadership and development of the worship team
  • Coordinate with tech team in relation to Sunday morning worship
  • Manage CEFC’s website, Facebook page, and entire online presence
