Ministry description
The Community Pastor will be responsible for key ministries at Lighthouse Community, a rapidly growing church. Reporting directly to the Senior Pastor, he must have capacity for teaching/preaching, team building, and management of electronic media. High energy, strong communication skills, and commitment to discipleship must be demonstrated. See job posting for more detail.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years progressive leadership experience in growing organization
- Appropriate biblical education
- Proven track record of effective leadership and judgment
- Able to meet biblical qualification for Pastors
Responsibilities
- Effective partnering with ministry leaders to manage overall flow of Sunday morning
- Leadership for on-line campus
- Capacity for leading from the front including teaching/preaching opportunities
