AFRICAN-AMERICAN MINISTRIES

African-American Fellowship

Our Mission:  RECRUITING, RETAINING, RESOURCING, and REPRODUCING
healthy African-American leaders throughout the EFCA.

RECRUITING:

The Fellowship connects new pastoral leaders to the EFCA movement through district partnerships and partnerships with Bible colleges and seminaries.

RETAINING:

The Fellowship keeps current leaders connected to one another and to the EFCA movement through prayer and regular updates. Our leaders are also encouraged to attend local and national conferences for fellowship and leadership development.

RESOURCING:

The Fellowship empowers our leaders by supplying them with the needed relationships and revenue to be effective in their ministries. The Alliance of African-American Resources for the Kingdom serves as the vehicle to keep our leaders connected to the resources available in the EFCA and beyond.

REPRODUCING:

The Fellowship multiplies healthy leaders by investing in the lives and ministries of up and coming black church planters and pastoral leaders. The Emerging Black Leaders internship equips young African-American leaders to be change agents within the EFCA movement.
