Our mission
The mission of EFCA RESOUND Women’s Ministries is reflected in the mission of the EFCA: multiplying healthy churches (women) among all people.
With emphasis on:
- Multiplying - a focus on missional leadership training to produce disciples that reproduce their lives and multiply ministries.
- Healthy - equipping and encouraging a healthy balance of winning the sought, building the believer and equipping workers for the church and for evangelism.
- All people - an intentional effort in reflecting the diversity and ethnicity in our teams and ministries.

Disciplemaking Pathway
With our country now being post-Christian, there has been some deep thought and analysis about why we the Church haven’t had the impact on our culture that we really ought to be seeing.
The overarching positive message in many recent books on Christian leadership is that we must regain our focus on Jesus Christ, the head of the Church, as the center of our lives and ministries. Allowing Him to be our vision and capturing His passion and methodology for making disciples, which will in turn affect our methods of doing ministry.
The Disciplemaking Pathway is a simple tool, based on the model Jesus used to train the twelve disciples, to help women evaluate their personal lives and ministries for balance and fruitful effectiveness.
