After working in business and many years serving EFCA churches as pastor, Chris became the director of EFCA ENCORE in 2008.  The ministry exists to reach and unleash older adults for the cause of Christ during their encore years of life.




Chris has also started his own organization called Encore Generation, Inc. which seeks to assist Christian organizations in understanding and reaching the next generation of older adults.




Chris, and his wife Kathleen, have begun a new adventure—planting a new church in The Villages, Florida.  The church will have a unique focus on Boomers and Beyond.  More Info

Paul Erdmann is the chief operation officer for Finishers Project, a ministry that seeks to mobilize older adults into mission opportunities both locally and globally.




 




Amy Hanson

Kathleen Holck




 




Kathleen Holck, wife of EFCA ENCORE Director Chris Holck, has served on the ENCORE Team since it’s beginning in 2008.  She is co-founder along with her husband of Encore Generation, Inc. a ministry dedicated to helping organizations and churches as they seek to mobilize older adults so they finsih well and serve the Kingdom with all of their days—especially in the "encore" of life.

Dr. Jon Van Dine is the pastor of New Hope Church in Sun City West, Arizona, a church comprised of older adults seeking to make a difference for Christ.




 




 




Teresa Van Dine




 




Teresa Van Dine, wife and ministry partner of Jon, is actively involved in New Hope Church with a special emphasis on using her musical gifts and leading the church through a change in worship style.
