The African-American Fellowship (AAF) exists to recruit, retain, resource and reproduce healthy servant-leaders. AAF is committed to empowering servant-leaders wholisticly in the areas of their heart, head and hands for the health and effectiveness of their personal lives, families and ministries.
Heart
A healthy servant-leader is devoted to guarding and strengthening their heart. AAF is committed to resourcing servant-leaders with tools that will intentionally develop their capacity to love themselves, God and others well.
Head
A healthy servant-leader is devoted to being a life-long learner. AAF is committed to resourcing servant-leaders with tools that will intentionally challenge their minds to think deeper as it relates to students of the Word of God.
Hands
A healthy servant-leader is devoted to being a faithful steward. AAF is committed to resourcing servant-leaders with tools that will intentionally equip them to do effective ministry in their context and community.
