Latin America Vision

Vision 

Ministry in Latin America is vital. It is a great potential source of global missionaries, not only because of the growing number of believers and leaders, but also because of their ability to enter parts of the world that others cannot so easily enter. As we serve Latin America, we are serving the world!

ReachGlobal Latin America exists to serve, encourage and strengthen the Latin American church by:

  • Evangelizing and making disciples
  • Developing leaders
  • Training coaches
  • Demonstrating the gospel through holistic ministries

Our core ministries:

  • Focus on multiplication
  • Focus on developing national leaders
  • Impact the region through partnerships with:
    • National EFC movements
    • Non-EFC national leaders
    • Other like-minded organizations who are aligned with our mission and doctrine

Strategy for multiplication

We are forming a two-tracked strategy for multiplying the gospel across Latin America:

1. Formal Training

  • Church-based training: Provides opportunities for pastors and laypeople to mature in their faith, learn how God has gifted them and practice what they have learned. 
  • Formal education: We will be working with educational institutions to provide accessible education for those who want to expand their training through formal degrees or certificates. 
  • Graduate level distance education programs: The Latin America Training Network (www.latn.org) is a unique graduate school that has reached many students in leadership roles across denominations in the Spanish-speaking world.

2. Consulting

By partnering with healthy movements throughout Latin America, ReachGlobal will multiply our missionary resources and U.S. church partnerships far beyond current capabilities.
