Budapest City Team

Budapest Chain Bridge at nightAlmost one third of the 10 million citizens of Hungary make their home in the city of Budapest. Nearly 3.2 million people live in the Greater Budapest Area, many of whom have moved to the city for some type of academic or vocational training, and will one day return to their hometowns scattered throughout the country.

It is this pattern of migration, from country to city and back to country, that makes Budapest a strategic location for reaching all Hungarians. God is at work in exciting ways here in this city along the Danube, and perhaps He is calling you to join Him in His work!

About this video:

Fewer than 5% of the three million people who live in the Budapest metropolitan area have experienced the life transformation that comes with knowing Jesus as Savior. Hear their voices as we go out on the street and ask the people of Budapest what they believe about God and the chuch. Is God calling you to join us in bringing light to this city? Contact us at budapest@efca.org or visit the Budapest page to learn more.
