The Berlin City Team is seeking someone that desires a significant ministry in the U.S., key global cities, and Berlin. A critical ministry focus for our team is connecting the global Church to work together, effectively engaging the gospel in all parts of Berlin. The team has some momentum in this regard, but desires to propel this area to greater heights and wider influence.




The type of person needed will connect well to people, actively envisioning them to mobilize resources within their sphere of influence. This person will network well, enjoy meeting people and visiting new places, and will enjoy the adventure of innovation and development. People that thrive with a wide variety of ministry applications would greatly enjoy this role.




In addition to developing new partners, the Berlin Team already has fifteen U.S.-based partners. Helping these churches further mobilize people toward missions and discipleship will also be part of this role. Our hope for partnering together is a two-way street, where partners on both sides further God’s calling for them. This is a great place to utilize experience one has gained in discipleship in the local church and their love for global missions.




This position is based in Berlin. It requires interfacing with a wide variety of local leaders in eastern Germany. Also due to the global connections, some travel will be involved, primarily to U.S.-based partners, but also to other global cities as needed.
