Tanzania

ReachGlobal ministry in Tanzania is holistic in nature and varied in its locale and approach.

Tanzania’s 160 people groups are broadly divided into three religious groups: Christian, Islamic and ethnic (tribal) religions.  Within the country, the Joshua Project has defined the unreached people groups as 19 Islamic, nine ethnic and two Hindu. Most of the unreached Muslim people groups are located on the coast and on the islands of Zanzibar and Pemba.
