ReachGlobal Sandbox
What is the Sandbox?
The Sandbox is a leadership metaphor used to bring maximum clarity to organizational teams regarding organizational "big rocks." It keeps the mission, guiding values, central ministry focus, and organizational culture at the forefront at all times. Furthermore, the sandbox allows leaders to empower people within clearly defined boundaries and brings alignment around ministry philosophy.
If you played in a sandbox as a youngster, you likely have pleasant memories. The sandbox was a place where creativity and fun were synonymous. But you quickly learned that the sandbox was only fun as long as two things were true: first, that you got along with the others you were playing with, and second, the sand stayed in the sandbox.
The ReachGlobal Sandbox is the foundation for how our personnel and teams do ministry. If you have questions regarding the ReachGlobal Sandbox, please email reachglobal@efca.org.
