snehaSneha is a five year girl. She stays at slum of Bediapara. Her family condition is very poor and needy. She lives in a small slum house which is without a window and very un-hygienic too.




Her father is a Coolie who carries goods in different vendors. He only gets work some days as there are many more Coolies, and during the rainy season he doesn’t get any work. He hardly earns $20 in a month.




This little amount is not sufficient to manage the basic needs of his family so many days they have to survive with one time meal in a day.




Sneha has never been to school but she has a great interest to go to school and to do studies. Please pray for her so that the Lord would open a door for her.

In the summer of 2010, Kolkata, India opened as our second child sponsorship program site. 




ReachGlobal has been working closely in relationship with national brothers and sisters in Kolkata since 1998. The integrity of leadership there has birthed multiplication in the Body of Christ. The multiplying fellowships are made up primarily of first generation believers, enthusiastic about their faith and about sharing the love of Christ.




These new believers are actively evangelizing and serving their communities through



    

  • running five schools
    • 

  • reaching out to abused and trafficked women
    • 

  • partnering with GlobalFingerprints in caring for impoverished and vulnerable children
    • 




This gives each child a chance to go to school, receive medical care, and to hear about the love of Christ, giving them hope for a changed future, a changed eternity.
