About Partnerships and Consortiums
ReachGlobal is partnership driven
A major value of ReachGlobal is that we are partnership driven. We are committed to carrying out the Great Commission in partnership with local churches in the U.S., national partners and other evangelical organizations. We recognize the biblical value of healthy cooperation with national partners. This includes the avoidance of paternalistic attitudes and a willingness to appropriately share in ministry decisions that affect both parties. (Learn more about ReachGlobal principles by viewing our Sandbox.)
What is a partnership?
We define partnership as: A relationship between two or more interdependent churches or organizations that pray, plan, leverage resources, and intentionally work together to achieve the shared vision God has given them to advance His Kingdom, in ways they could not accomplish alone. Learn more.
One size does not fit all
Partnerships will each look distinctly different, and the vision, goals and objectives, forms and structures may vary widely. There are various names for partnerships:
- Missions networks
- Partnership networks
- Missions fellowships
- Missions consortiums
- Advocacy networks
Whatever the name, the principles and applications are the same. All partnerships are powerful!
