Readiness Event

        	              

The Readiness Event/Orientation (REV/O) is a week-long experience designed to give prospective missionaries a detailed picture of ReachGlobal’s ministry vision and practice around the world, as well as to continue to get to know the prospective missionaries on a deeper level beyond the written application. Included in this week are:



    

  • Presentations and interviews with ReachGlobal leadership
    • 

  • Training in understanding your strengths and personality 
    • 

  • Team dynamics exercises
    • 

  • Group interaction about issues related to serving cross-culturally
    • 

  • Training in details of serving with ReachGlobal
    • 




REV/O is held three times a year and hosted by ENGAGE at the EFCA national office in Minneapolis.  It can be attended by invitation only and children do not attend or participate in this event.  Near the conclusion of the event, prospective missionaries in the application process meet with ENGAGE personnel regarding the outcome of their application.
