Complete the Planter Profile inventory and send the score sheet to your district.

Step 2: Assessment questionnaire and modified behavioral interview

The interview is conducted by two--four people who have been trained in behavioral interviewing.

Step 3: District Placement

This could include a marriage assessment and/or theological assessment.  It is important for you to contact the district office for the city/state/region where you are interested in planting a church.  For district contact information, click here.
