Pastoral Care StaffThe mission of the EFCA is to glorify God by multipying healthy churches among all people. Pastoral Care assures that EFCA pastors can access the practical resources and the pastoral care that will enable them to serve with excellence over a sustained period of time. Recovery Church Ministry

The purpose of the Recovery Church ministry is to provide a coordinated ministry of recovery to pastors, missionaries, ministry leaders, and the members of their families. The local church is uniquely able to be an effective place for such a ministry if provisions are made for meeting the five needs that come with the traumatic experience of suddenly losing one's ministry.
