Men With a Purpose is the ministry that The Evangelical Free Church of America uses to communicate a changed vision for the men of the EFCA. We provide:

Strategies for effective men's ministry; identifying the most effective men's ministry models and then connecting leaders to those models.

Training that is principle-based; rather than using the "show-up-and-dump" method of training, Men With a Purpose training teaches effective principles and leads men's leaders through a workshop approach to learning. The goal is for each church to develop their own unique men's ministry plan.

Coaching for men's leaders as they implement these strategies in their own unique church context.

Networking churches with the rest of the Christian men's movement.

Resources that have proven to be biblical and effective in ministering to men.

Men With a Purpose is building a network of men's ministry leaders from across America. This network provides the prayer support, advisory support, financial leadership, and district representation needed to implement effectice local church men's ministries.
