Kingdom Expansion 101 course
In partnership with EFCA EQUIP and DualReach, EFCA CONNECT is excited to officially launch the new course, Kingdom Expansion 101. This course provides a biblical and strategic framework that will assist both churches and individuals in making informed decisions about their local and global outreach involvement. It is an excellent tool to use as training for new missions team members or as a core class preparing prospective missionaries or short-term team members. The following topics are covered in this six-week course:
- What is a biblical perspective for kingdom expansion?
- What is a scriptural analysis for local church involvement?
- What is the status of world evangelism?
- What are the major global issues the local church must consider?
- How does this apply to you and your church?
The class begins with an introduction to EQUIP online learning on October 1, and the actual course begins October 8.
Other EFCA EQUIP courses beginning soon
- Introduction to Adult Bible Study Fellowship - October 8
- Intentional Living - October 20 and November 3
- Coaching for Fruitfulness - October 27
If you are interested in participating in any of these courses, or if you would like more information, please contact equip@efca.org.

God has opened the door of opportunity to share His love with those affected by Hurricane Ike. The Galveston/Houston Texas area was hit hard leaving hundreds of thousands of homes damaged and directly impacting seven EFCA churches. Current relief work updates and information on how to help are posted on the Crisis Response blog. To view a list of urgent needs and read information about sending a volunteer team, go to the Hurricane relief Web page.
