Hurricane Relief Efforts

TouchGlobal is working to provide hurricane relief, recovery to the body of Christ, and outreach and evangelism in Covington, LA and New Orleans.  Our ministry focus is changing people, mobilizing churches, and transforming communities.  We are in need of individuals who have a heart for service and compassion.  Come prepared to be flexible and with an openness to be used by God!

Urban Impact Ministry Center

Building a Bigger Porch... in Central City, New Orleans

Central to the vision of Urban Impact Ministries is the development of a 32,000 SF, state-of-the-art ministry center that will afford the necessary space to move on with bringing transformation to the Central City.

The Ministry Center will include:

  • A high school-quality gymnasium that will facilitate recreational leagues, youth club activities, large group meetings, and high school basketball games.
  • Classrooms for our present education programs and future K-6 elementary school.
  • Meeting rooms that will be used for current and new programming, easily accessible to our neighbors, and available for community use.
  • A large multi-purpose room that can be used as the sanctuary for Castle Rock Community Church and other large assemblies.
  • Offices that will house the staff of Urban Impact Ministries and Castle Rock Community Church.

Along with the benefits of expanded programming is the revitalization that will come to the neighborhood.  As we take a blighted area of Central City and transform it with an attractive new facility, we will also be bringing transformation to the lives of those whom this facility will impact.
