FIXED TERM Fixed Term opportunities offer a chance to be a part of a specific project for a fixed period of time (for 13 - 24 months).
Steps to the Field:

- Download and submit Preliminary Information Form
- We will contact you and your pastor for initial screening calls
- Complete application process (including Application for Missionary Service, Theological Questionnaire, References, Confidential Preparedness Questionnaire, Background Check, Basic Medical Clearance, and Self Knowledge Tools)
- Phone interview or home visit
- ReachGlobal Readiness Event and Orientation (REV/O): The readiness event is a week-long experience that includes psychological assessments, interviews with the ReachGlobal leadership, team dynamics exercises, self-evaluation exercises, and more. This event can be attended by invitation only and children do not attend or participate in this event - please be sure to make other arrangements for their care.

- ReachGlobal PT-live - this event is an eight-day experience that includes training in cross-cultural ministry, living cross-culturally, team ministry, spiritual warfare and other pre-departure topics. This event can only be attended within six months of departure and when 75% of total support has been raised/committed. There will be learning activities and programming for children of all ages at this event. PT-live is the culmination of a total pre-field training process that consists of 2 parts: PT-online and PT-live. PT-online is made up of three 16-hour online facilitated collaborative courses that introduce the basic learning topics of PT-live with reading, media, activities, and interaction.
