Team leadership is one of the most important critical success factors for short-term mission teams. How will your team leader be prepared to lead in this important ministry?

The ReachGlobal (the international mission of the EFCA) Team Leader Training Summit has been developed and refined over many years of experience to equip the leadership of short-term cross-cultural ministry teams. Team leaders then return to their local churches and lead their teams through six to eleven weeks of pre-field training and ministry preparation as outlined during the weekend.
