Using Real Estate to Provide for Income

An ideal solution for real estate that has grown in value and for which the mortgage has been paid, this is a way to lessen the hassles of ownership while supporting the Lord’s work.

A person may own a second home, vacation property, farm, acreage, or other property and no longer wish to use it or manage it.  Rather than sell and contribute the proceeds to ministry, an outright gift of the real estate to a charitable trust will provide additional income for life or a term of years and support the Lord’s work.

Consider supporting your favorite EFCA ministry or ministries through gift to a Charitable Trust.  This trust would serve to help meet your lifetime needs and stewardship desires.  There are other ways to utilize real estate in gift giving.  Call us and we can go over various options that might meet your stewardship and planning goals.
