The Message Behind Our Logo

The EFCA logo was created to reflect our passion for ministry. Each element of the logo represents a portion of our faith or our mission statement.

• The bold cross is the focal point of the logo, as the cross is the source of all spiritual life.
• The base of the cross represents both Calvary and our world, which Christ died to save.
• The leaves springing from the cross signify multiplication, and their varying sizes indicate the differing sizes of our churches.
• The vibrancy of the leaves' colors indicates health.
• The types of leaves represent diversity within our movement.
• Incorporating colors that are key to global and ethnic palettes, the color palette focuses on the future of our movement. It is bold and bright, current without being trendy.

We invite EFCA churches and affiliate ministries to incorporate the EFCA logo in documentation, visual presentations, and signage. Guidelines and samples can be found here.

The EFCA logo is reserved as a brand identifier for EFCA ministries (international, national, district, and churches), plus EFCA approved affiliate ministries (such as schools/universities, senior housing centers, and children's homes).  This same reservation applies to the use of and posting of our Statement of Faith. In no way can the EFCA logo be used as an identifier for a business, ministry or other entity unless specified above.  To inquire further about use of the EFCA logo, contact communications@efca.org.
