ReachGlobal church planting core values are:
Indigenous product: Healthy, reproducing, indigenous, self-supporting, and interdependent kingdom communities that send out their own church planters and missionaries.
Empowering process: We develop (train/coach), empower and release healthy church planters.
Indispensable power: Church planting is spiritual work and a constant cosmic kingdom battle. We depend on God’s direction, power and discernment. We join Him by praying diligently, listening carefully, working hard, and expecting Him to create church planting movements.
Untapped potential: We ask the Lord of the harvest to call and send many kinds of church planters and prioritize church planting by teams of lay, bi-vocational planters.
Holistic ministry: We integrate words and deeds, compassion and proclamation, as well as social and spiritual needs for the purpose of multiplying kingdom communities. We use Jesus as our example for our service and unashamedly share Him as the only Way, Truth and Life.
Reproducible training: We partner with national churches in Acts 19 training platforms where, generation after generation, church planters are equipped and sent out.
Passionate people: We invest in movement leaders and trainers/coaches who will multiply themselves using the empowering process.
Great Commission center: Evangelism and discipleship are the heart of church planting. Church planting exists to fulfill the Great Commission.
Learning posture: God is always creating. Context changes frequently which encourages us to continually be observing, networking, listening and evaluating.
Multiplication emphasis: The primary measure of healthy church planting is multi-generational reproduction of disciples, servant leaders and kingdom communities.
Universal principles: Our strategies and models are culturally-driven. We deconstruct our cultural paradigms and prejudices in order to build on unquestionably biblical foundations.
