Health is a primary focus for EFCA ReachGlobal.

The goal of ReachGlobal is to develop healthy people to live in healthy communities, developing healthy leaders to multiply healthy churches among all people.

Healthy People

ReachGlobal is committed to recruiting and hiring the right people who have; godly character, possess good Emotional Intelligence (EQ), stay connected to Christ, have healthy interpersonal relationships, and can deal effectively with the challenges of living cross-culturally. The right people have well identified skills and are deployed in work consistent with their wiring and gifting.

ReachGlobal is committed to cultivating teams that are skilled, aligned and effective both within ReachGlobal and in the churches we serve globally.

ReachGlobal is committed to equipping its own personnel and international movement leaders to develop, empower and release others to reach the people of their own countries with the gospel.

ReachGlobal is committed to multiplying churches that are healthy, indigenous, interdependent, self-supporting, and reproducing.

ReachGlobal’s focus on church health consists of practical resources global workers and local churches can use to train others in the area of church health. Resources will continue to develop in the area of international church health.
