ReachNational 



ReachNational combines the strengths of our urban and intercultural ministry leaders and national ministry leaders to form one team with one mission. ReachNational partners with EFCA churches, districts and leaders in the U.S., working hand-in-hand to glorify God by multiplying healthy churches among all people. ReachNational ministries include:






ReachGlobal



ReachGlobal, the international mission of the EFCA, exists to glorify God by multiplying healthy churches among all people. It’s primary focus is developing, empowering and releasing healthy nationals and healthy leaders to reach their own people with the gospel of Jesus Christ. ReachGlobal is made up of over 550 missionaries, and has 120 partnerships and spiritual influence in over 75 countries. ReachGlobal ministries include:



    

  • EFCA CONNECT focuses on connecting local U.S. churches with worldwide missions. 
    • 

  • EFCA EQUIP serves to provide learning opportunities for ReachGlobal staff. 
    • 

  • EFCA TouchGlobal engages churches around the world, connecting them with resources and opportunities to serve those in need. 
    • 

  • ENHANCE gives care to ReachGlobal’s missionary workers.
    • 

  • ENGAGE serves as the entry-point for individuals interested in serving with ReachGlobal.
    • 

  • GlobalFingerprints, the child sponsorship program of the EFCA—exists to share the love of Christ with children in need by providing hope through the opportunity to go to school, receive medical care, hear God’s word and learn how much God loves them.

EFCA Samaritan Way



The simple vision of EFCA Samaritan Way is to reverse division, multiplying Kingdom growth. Using Luke 10:25-37 as our guide, we aim to help people love God and love their neighbor by practicing reconciliation. Our learning communities, which feature practical Bible teaching towards leadership development, are the hub of our ministry. These communities are the key to the EFCA being a network of churches that define reconciliation as the mission of God in our fallen world. Samaritan Way learning communities include:

•    Samaritan Way Weekends 

•    Samaritan Way Associates 



EFCA Chaplains



Strengthened by the service of 240 EFCA Chaplains, the EFCA reaches into a variety of communities around the world as each chaplain fulfills the role of the clergy taking the Good News of Jesus Christ beyond the local church into unique ministry settings.



EFCA Pastoral Care



Pastoral Care Ministries exists to ensure that all EFCA pastors have access to the practical resources and pastoral care that will enable them to serve with excellence over a sustained period of time.  We believe that healthy pastors who are healthy leaders and serve on healthy teams will result in the multiplication of healthy churches among all people.  Pastoral Care Ministries include:


• EFCA Ministerial Association providing pastors with a place to connect for professional conferences, publications, discounts and a variety of ways to support one another.  The association promotes the Be Healthy initiative “Get Connected – Keep Growing – Take a Break – Address It Now”.


• MinisterConnection Placement Service helping guarantee that each pastor is called to a church that needs his or her unique set of ministry skills and professional interests.Pastors and churches find each other via a web-accessible database.


• Free Church Ministers and Missionaries (FCMM) Retirement Plan leveraging tax laws and a variety of proven investment options to enable pastoral and lay staff members to build retirement accounts.


• Ministerial Benefit Plan offering an affordable long-term disability insurance plan to pastoral and support staff of EFCA affiliated churches and organizations.


• Recovery Church Ministry renewing hope through a network of recovery churches with teams of trained caregivers ready to come alongside any pastoral family experiencing a difficult ministry transition.
